After a decade of working in recruitment in Boston and New York, Kim Autuori founded and launched boutique Los Angeles-based agency Fernridge Group, named for the street where she grew up. Fernridge Group, opened in 2023, focuses on retained and contingent recruiting in the dynamic world of alternative asset management with an aim of connecting top-tier professionals in investor relations, marketing, human resources, and legal and compliance with the leading firms. The agency takes an individualized, targeted approach that incorporates a company’s specific needs and culture in an ethical way. Fernridge Group works across the East and West Coast, with an eye towards private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds.

As the company’s managing director, Kim is a trusted advisor who builds strong relationships that result in successful, inclusive hiring.
