Lynn began her career at various leading network agencies in Singapore, Tokyo and Shanghai, recruiting for household brands such as Sony and P&G before moving to Los Angeles to start her family. 

She made the move to contingent recruiting in the financial services realm in 2022 with a portfolio of roles across front, middle and back office roles both on the buy and sell side. 

Fluent in Mandarin, Japanese, and English, she is passionate about promoting diverse recruiting practices, the pursuit of a better recruitment experience for all, and raising strong women in today’s society.
